Originally referred to simply as the "community store building", The Heights Rockefeller Building was built in 1930 by John D. Rockefeller Jr. as the gateway to his Forest Hill development. This magnificent building offers a little of everything. Retail, Offices, Apartments, a beautiful 5000 square foot event center, and ample parking.

Live here, work here, have a massage, visit the shops, or have a cup of coffee in the privacy of a beautifully manicured garden courtyard. At the corner of Mayfield and Lee Roads in Cleveland Heights, we are minutes away from University Circle.

For information regarding commercial, residential leasing, or  hosting a special unique event in our event center please contact Jim Barle at (216) 321-2100.
